Caution Caution Caution Caution Caution This is a scam We made a appointment to see the doctor, after he checked, he handed the prescription to the Trendz staff. We only asked for the prescription, but they told us we had to buy the glasses there to get the prescription because the doctor worked for them. They didn't tell us that in the first place, then they argued with us, telling us to shut up before they called security. We ignored them and just walked away with the prescription.

I was convinced to buy insoles for my feet which were so uncomfortable and useless and when I was unsatisfied I asked for a refund which I didnt receive I am disgusted with the man who served me, he charged me 600 dollars for insoles and took money from my insurance, this is not a business this a fraud scheme. ucompletely unhappy

Terrible crooks!! They tricked me and my partner into doing an eye examination without giving us the prices of the glasses and then told us if we didn’t buy glasses it would be $200. Their prices are outrageous. They charged $400 for glasses that outside sold for only $240 and $191. They never tell you who the manager is or the owner is and all hide behind we can’t do that. We got our eyes checked and they wouldn’t give us a copy of our prescriptions. Terrible customer service!!

A really wide variety of products to choose from, and prices are reasonable. Best to make an appointment when you go because store can be very busy otherwise.
