Customer service is absolutely horrible. Spanish speaking girl was not helpful at all...condescending and rude. Selection is very limited and mark up is excessive. Note to Staff, instead of standing around with your iPads...clean those disgusting glasses you have on display! So dirty! I was not impressed and l was willing to spend good money. You lost a customer.

STAY AWAY if you want Prescription sunglasses

One of the worst experiences ever that I ended up refunding my purchase before I even picked up my sunglasses due to their horrendous customer service. Visited the store 4 times and each time we would leave disappointed. These guys dont know how to stamp "Ray Ban" properly on sunglasses. Honestly, I barely write reviews but when I do its either for really good service or really bad service. In this case, its really bad. I highly encourage everyone to stay away from this store.

This was my first time at Lenscrafters and I can't believe the fantastic service. The selection was number one along with the young girl who helped us. Very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend them.
