I have gone to this store on various occassions. Each time, my nails do not last. They fall off very easily. This place overcharges their customers. Typically $20 nail length will cost you $40 & up. They do not get enough business to pay rent here - customers pay extra because of this. They will not turn down appointments, which is great, but your wait time will be 1hr+ (they will say 20 mins). Satisfied customers are people with money to waste.
