The receptionist is the one who for sure is ruining their business. I went for my eye exam and asked a specific question on call before booking an appointment for my eye exam. The girl at the receptionist lack the basic manners of how to talk with someone, less a customer. She asked me to 'Shut up' when I wanted a clarification for my concern.
