I have been a client of Tim Roes repair services for over a decade. Recently we had another dishwasher issue and Tim met our needs again providing excellent advice, reasonable pricing & a personal touch. I would give bonus points somehow on this review but will be real and admit sometimes u will have to wait a bit on Tim. Relax. He's a real repairperson doing his best.
Totally unreliable. Will not return calls, lies about parts. Misdiagnosed my dryer’s problem then strung me along for six weeks until I called someone else who took care of it in two days. Very unprofessional.
We have dealt with Tim for few years never had any issues with him he would come when he said however this time around we have been waiting for almost 3 months for him he says he will be here on a certain day doesn't show up, he doesn't call nor does he answer or return our calls. Sad as he was the cheapest repairman we could find.
Very bad service. They seamed to have no idea about new Appliances, may of been in the business for 20 years as he told me three times, Had to call him back three or four times his attitude when he got to my home was horrible attitude and then ask if I was paying cash.... lol Never fixed the issue, I ended up having a different company fix the issue.
Same idea as the other poster, We does warranty work for the Brick and Smitty's and I HAD to use him. He talked bad about both companies both time and every issue was because of them, both times. ownership is not part of his work ethic... which he has non. I had to call him over and over for four months in total and he showed up with the wrong parts once, the second time the part didn't work and I'm pretty sure because it's because the part was used. I would strongly recommend any on but him.
Tim came out to fix our washer, left saying he had to order the parts. 3 weeks have gone by with nothing from tim, have left countless messages. Called Stein appliance and the fixed the washer in the same day. Thanks for leaving us hanging Tim, certainly don't recommend callinf if you want reliable service
He won't return calls or show up to repair our stove. We've been without our stove for 2 weeks. Tim, where are you? Do customers want to deal with a guy like this? No way!
