Went to order take out then the girl at the counter proceeded to tell me that it will be an hour wait! How can you run a business when you run out of chicken!

Very impressed with the front desk checking all Covid-19 documents, along with proof of IDENTITY as well as phone number. Food was delicious. Whoever is running the kitchen knows what they are doing. Very enjoyable experience.

Ruined Thanksgiving. Ordered at 3pm for Guaranteed 5:40pm delivery. Food never came. Was on hold for customer service until 9pm before I could ask for a refund as food still had not arrived.

I swear that the chicken leg is the size of a mini pigeon. They heap on the fries. Horrible and dry. .

My family and I were at the Belleville location tonight, it was before rush hour, we had to wait 15 min for a table when there were lots emptied, I get maybe not a lot of staff but no need to wait that long. Still eating our dinner our waitress is asking us if we want a take out container ( how were we to know if we wanted one yet). As we were leaving I heard a man complaining to his wife for the wait time, so my family wasn't the only one that was disappointed

Terrible service and food ! Had macaroni in my coleslaw and not enough chicken on my plate to feed a dog let alone a person!

Had a coupon for ...

Had a coupon for free appetizer, but they charged for it on the bill. Had to ask 3x if kids eat free on their birthday (they do) but told us they just get free ice cream. My daughter ordered dark meat but was given white meat. When asked to correct the bill, they didn't. My half-chicken was already cut into two quarters and stacked on top of one another. Server was indifferent.

Mediocre food, service pretty good

I have been to this restaurant three times now and every time, no matter what time of day, there is a wait for a table. I honestly can't figure out why it is so busy. The first two times, the chicken was dry and similar to grocery rotisserie style chicken. The third time, I had a chicken bacon wrap but the wrap was soggy and the whole thing lacked flavour. The only thing I enjoy is their fries. The servers are always polite though. I just can't figure out why this place is to popular where there are much better places to eat at here in Belleville.

Servers polite and helpful. Can really feel the family atmosphere. Chicken seems a bit overpriced and nothing is so special about it even though it is their specialty. You can get almost the same quality by picking a chicken up at your nearest grocery store. The coleslaw is the only thing that keeps drawing me in They always seem to burn my food somehow also.

all i can say is , it seems the portions are getting smaller and prices are getting higher. I used to just buy the 1/4 chicken dinner and i was fine. Now i have to get a combo to get full!
