Beauty Paw Mobile Pet Grooming

We made an appointment and she didn’t show up. I texted her earlier in the day to confirm the time and all she said was “late afternoon”. She didn’t show up and I never heard from her afterwards. Unprofessional!!!

We had made an appointment to have our dog groomed about two weeks in advance. When no one showed up at the scheduled time, we had waited an hour and called. We were told they would be there after she had finished grooming a dog. No had showed up, or called to inform us they were unable to make the appointment. Basically, we had wasted a day.
