I can't thank all the wonderful ladies at the Sewing house for the outstanding job they gave me on my wedding dress. I gave them a challenge of adding parts of my mothers wedding dress to another dress and the results are outstanding. Your place is so inviting and warm. I would recommend you to everyone.

I was disappointe...

I was disappointed with the quality or work. I brought in 3 suits to have altered for $250. Short-cuts were made and the suits had very noticeable mistakes (ie. puckering, jackets uneven on each side, etc.). I had to bring them to another tailor which resulted in over $225 of fixes. The Sewing House said they would refund my money, however, this never happened.I do not recommend for any tailor work whatsoever. I would go into more detail, however, character space is limited on here.

I would greatly recommend this business. I just recently had my wedding and the owner was amazing. I brought my bridal gown and I also had 5 bridesmaids and 2 flowergirls. The salon I ordered from ordered everything too big and the sewing house was able to make everything fit perfectly.I was also quoted crazy prices from the other salon and she was able to do everything for half the cost. amazing experience in an already stressful situation. 4 bridesmaid dres...

4 bridesmaid dresses were over 3 weeks late. 2 of the 4 dresses had to be returned twice because the stitching fell apart the same day, had massive holes where it had been worked on and in the end one dress was still left with a hole and loose stitching. The other dress had puckering in the back of the skirt that was not fixed after the second visit and was hemmed over an inch too short. Owner is very condescending and didn't respond at all when we raised concerns. I will never ever recommend.

Would Not Recommend!

Overall, a very disappointing experience. My bridesmaid dress had to be taken in twice. Even after this, the seams at the one arm were coming undone and there was a hole between the lining and the fabric. The employee did not say or do anything to me when I told her I was very disappointed, nor did the owner come out to talk to me. I was simply told to "have a nice day". I would not recommend The Sewing House to anyone, and I will definitely not be using them for my upcoming wedding.
