The quality of the acrylic nails I had gotten done was the worst waste of money I've spent. Kim was very rude and careless while doing each nail a different length and didn't paint them properly... Not a pleasant experience.

My husband and myself have been going to Elegant Nails for about 7 years now. Kim and her staff are always friendly and professional. I have always witnessed walkins greeted with a friendly "hello, can I help you" and those with appointments, greeted by name. I just have shellac polish on my fingers and regular polish on my toes and the job has always been excellent. My husband goes about once per month for a pedicure and has always remarked that he doesn't have problems with his feet anymore

Went in to get a full set of ballerina shaped acrylic nails done. Was told they were too busy to take me and to come back in an hour. I was back in an hour later and was told it would be about 10 minutes. 45 minutes pass and there are three employees standing around watching TV. None of them even asked me if I had been helped.
