I think whoever rated rated this business before must be a family member. Owner advertises No Extra Charge for Weekend repairs BUT refused to come out on Sunday for a non cooling fridge in 29' heat. I booked for between 9 and 10 a m Monday. It is now 10.46 a m. I have not heard from him and I have phoned 4 times to ask why he is not here. Does not answer phone although it rings several times before going to voicemail. If you don't want the job, kindly have the courtesy to say so.

I highly recommend Appliances Citywide. We have used this company several times. The gentleman that comes to repair our appliances is friendly and courteous. He only does the work that needs to be done. His rates are very fair and reasonable. We have never waited long to have him come out to look at the problem. You won't regret calling Appliances Citywide!
