I showed up to this Pub a day before I went to another nearby Restaurant the day after. I was quite upset at my co-worker who suggested this establishment. The Food was so horribly inadequate that I almost decided never to venture into the village again. Quite simply, the food was cold, the service barely acceptable & the prices just inconceivably too high. I just left another Review for another Village Restaurant I visited the day after. Suffice it to say, I was very impressed with my meal, the service & above all, the price at this other place. I'll spare this Pub the embarassment of naming this other restaurant. I will not return to this Pub -- sorry.
food okay. service okay for a long weekend. price just way too expensive. this is a pub, right? the place is quaint but really, pub fare at these prices??? i just as soon as drink at home.
