Let me preface by saying I have shopped at this no frills for 10 years back when Tom owned. In 10 years I have never returned anything. Today I bought a bubble making toy along the checkout lane. It was listed at $6.97. When I got to my car I noticed they had charged $12.97! Still I thought, it's for my little one maybe its super special. I get home, put batteries in it doesnt work. I go back to store, the female manager was so condescending I had to lose my cool. She made all kinds of excus
November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.
The lady manager here do not know how to speak professionally to a customer and would even start argument with a raise voice, almost shouting...soo rude to customer and soooo terrible experience i got from this store. This manager apparently works at the store for 10 yrs already but still doesnt know how to handle customer with manner. This is my very, very first time to lose my patience in public, I was so provoked bec of her rudeness and insulting look. Nobody deserves to be treated that way!
One of the best No Frills around. The employees always assist and try and help as best as they can when you ask a question.
This No Frills has the worst customer service and policy on sales and price matching ever, I have stop shopping here and always share my story and encourage others to shop elsewhere. I make my money by working hard and will not give it to someone else to profit themselves when they treat me so unfairly.
I was doing my weekly shopping at no frills and I tried to price match the gingerale. The girl at the cash wouldn't do it so that was fine. So then she kept running her mouth so I waited till I was almost done cashing through so half my stuff was in the bay to be bagged and I told her she can keep a whole lot of it and walked out. I’m at Walmart and everything here is 50 cents to a dollar cheaper. The customer is always right. Anyway, the 1.50 she wouldn’t give me will cost the store over 20$ to
One star is too much. I went to return a product who went bad about an hour after buying it. The costumer service didnt want to return it for all sort of reasons (among other the best before date was still good, but this is not a good reason for me, it tasted bad). So instead of checking the rest of the product still available for sale to see if I was right she just held her position.
