    Promises made, no show, no call back. Common courtesy's free, would be nice to have received some. My roof needs repair and waiting around thinking I'll be set for the rain coming is not cool. Called back, nobody knew who I was, left a message with a guy, still no call back. If you're too busy to help me, fine but show some decency and call back or just say "sorry, we're too busy" so I can call someone else. Now 5 days later it's due to rain tonight. Initial call was coming the next day.
