UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! A fault message was appearing on my keypad for 12 hours before the company called me.someone from Central Alarm)They told me to call another #, answered by answering service (she was SO RUDE as soon as she picked up the phone )no one knew what the code meant. Any question I asked I was snapped at. I've had many problems with them before. I could go on and on
