The representative I spoke to was clear that I did not need to make a deposit. The company then gave away my reservation because I did not make a deposit. Perhaps the limousine service is good. That is not helpful, though, if they give away your reservation.

A very accommodating company. On call seemingly anytime - been picked up early in the morning and late at night. The drivers also have no problem with any last minute detours that you request. Will continue to use CL.

I was referred to...

I was referred to Crystal Limo a few years back by a former colleague and ever since I have been using Habib's chauffeur services whenever I fly into Halifax. Nearly all business professionals I've met in Halifax love Habib and his team. Vehicles are always well kept and the chauffeurs are professional, personable and usually on time. When I am being picked up by Habib he always provides free coffee! Their services might be just a tad more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for.

Rude/Intimidating...

Rude/Intimidating and not helpful. Stay clear. Arranged to have the owner/driver pick me and my wife up at the airport. The owner called our house waking up our children at 5:30AM saying we weren't answering our cell phone....our plane was not scheduled to arrive until 6:00AM. When we did finally meet up with him outside, he complained that the suitcase was to large and had me place it the car and our choice of suitcase was terrible & continued on a tyrant the whole way & attempted to overcharge
