Stood me up after I booked a week in advance and they didnt give me a wake up call either. When i did get a hold of them they simply told me We dont have any cabs available at this time then hung up.

On booking the cab in advance, I was told that they will charge me $63 from airport to Halifax downtown at midnight. Have paid $ 63 last 6 times (to the same company) in the middle of the night earlier. Last night, the driver charged $ 68 (was told at booking it is $ 63). They gave an excuse that the bridge was closed. It has been closed for last 6 months and this was nothing but an excuse. Avoid this bait and switch company.
