The service advisors, Sue and Brad, are very friendly. This is the only positive thing I have to say for Moncton Kia regarding bringing my car in for warranty issues. For me, a big part of service is actually fixing the issue at hand. For the same suspension issue, I have made 14 visits (7 times for diagnosis and 7 more times because they never have parts in stock). There are now trying for the 8th time to fix my car. This has lasted over 4 months. I asked a few times for a courtesy vehicle u
