(5.2%) Pours a golden straw with unfiltered haziness. Aromatics are earthy and rustic. Taste is straw with a hint of spice and finishes dry and clean.
Destrier Farmhouse Stout
(5.6%) Pours a deep black with a tan head that dissapates. Aromatics are coffee, chocolate, dark fruit and licorice. Taste is coffee, chocolate with undertones of vanilla and finishes a vinous roastiness. As a Farmhouse Stout, the yeast was left to do its thing, Destrier is somewhat more attenuated and therefore drier and lighter than a typical English or American Stout, finishing with roasted notes.
Bens Pale Ale
(6%) Pours a coppery orange with a slight haziness. Aromatics are floral with a hint of citrus and earth with flavours of hoppy malt bitterness. Plenty of flavour with a dry refreshing finish leaves you wanting more. A simple grain bill consists of Maritime Pale and Vienna malt with Cascade and Saaz hops. A Belgian yeast brings it all together for a very drinkable Pale Ale.
Bayard Blond
(7%) Pours a light copper straw with unfiltered haziness. Aromatics begin with tropical fruit and finish caramelized candy. Flavours bring together malt and spice. The grain bill consists of Pilsner, Crystal and Wheat combined with Cascade and Saaz hops. Our house Belgian yeast provides the foundation for a full flavoured Belgian Blond Ale.
Rye IPA
(6%) Pours a hazy and deep dark copper brown. Plenty of hops on the nose. The taste is first sweet followed by the rustic grainy spiciness of rye malt, finishing a touch bitter. Overall, tons of robust flavour.
