Worst service ever, brought my vehicle to get warranty work, 4th visit for the same issue they still are missing parts. The worst part is the shuttle driver claims he’s to busy ro come pick me up and when trying to call service for the last hours they don’t pick up. Worst customer service ever. Would definitely not recommend this dealership!

Brought my SUV in for service. Was asked if I needed a shuttle. I saw the shuttle in the yard, but during the 10 minute check in, he must have left. Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle then asked how much longer. She told me she didn't know, he was in Grand Barachois...but she could offer me a taxi chit. What was this not offered straight away, as she knew the driver was gone for an hour or more on these roads. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I went to buy I jeep jk and to start my bad experience I traded my Mazda 3 witch was 22 months old lost 10k on it and then wen I told them I wanted a jk unlimited to haul a tent trailer they sold me a jeep that could even haul nothing witch I didn't know till after I went and bought my trailer and told me the jeep is just rated for a thousand pound I am REALLY MAD about the poor service and they don't care what you want

Didn't listen to me. Credit damaged.

I purchased a used car and was asked me to sign a form to authorize the dealership to pull my credit file. I asked if my credit file would be pulled more than once and was told no. I was assured the file would only be pulled once. A few days later, my credit score dropped several points because my credit report had been pulled by Moncton Motors, BMO, TD Auto Finance and Scotiabank. I had expressly, categorically, undeniably stated that I did NOT want my credit report to be pulled more than once.
