Look elsewhere…
Had a thermostat issue, bought a Carrier replacement t-stat (same as furnace), called BG to install, tech spent two hours trying to get it to work, said wasn't familiar with the stat (they are certified Carrier dealers), ended up reading the install booklet and calling the cust svc number, in the end couldn't get it to work. Left me with an unadjustable broken stat, never followed up, left me hanging, then had the balls to bill me $135! Go elsewhere.
