Can be grumpy to deal with but gets the taxed done correctly, thats all I want. H&R Block made mistakes for years...

I have used Ted for my tax services for many years and I have sent many people to him also I had been told Ted is very rude & unprofessional on many levels but had not experienced that till today I had questions regarding my taxes he was rude & agrumentitive. I will not return and agree that it might be time to think about retiring. When you hate your job & those you service you shouldn’t be there anymore. If you want a service done and are ok that you can’t ask questions he’s the guy for you!
