hired a month in advance, rebooked us the day before install for another job, i took day off work & they didnt show up no communication. Rebooked again, installed window well crooked and 6 inches above bottom of window making it useless. Sd theyd come fix didnt show up, sd they refund didnt. had to hire another company to finish their work. unprofessional-left the old windows in the yard with concrete chunks cig butts and coffee cups. use them if youre willing to hire someone else to finish.
