I do not recommend this shop, I sew all of the time and have had my machine serviced at other shops to know what to expect. I took my machine in to get the tension repaired,the tension was not repaired. I took it back again and she sewed another sample that looked just fine, then she told me it is the type of thread i am using (Gutermann) I have never had a problem with before, and she said that my thread pops out of the tension discs. I hate being without my sewing machine.

Ivy knows everything about sewing machines- honest, excellent service at a fair price. She fixed my machine and gave me some excellent advice that will keep it running smoothly in future. What a great find!
