Horrible customer service. Ordered a TSG pass helmet. Sent me an empty box. Filed complaint and they threw it over the fence to Canada post for 2 months. Was denied by Canada post because box WAS NOT tampered with. These jokers sent an empty box whether intentional or by mistake. Either way, their handling of situation was appalling.

Huge diverse selection of gear and really fulfills their title as a "skateboard superstore". This shop caters to every niche of skateboarding imaginable and the staff is very knowledgeable about all their product. Ive been a regular in the shop ever since they opened about three years ago, and love it how they always have new creative displays and murals each time I visit. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would definitely recommend you pay them a visit if you are ever around West 4th
