Guu est un établissement chaleureux. Ce restaurant vous reçoit sur sa terrasse aux beaux jours. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert tard tous les jours de la semaine. L'accès est facile par transport en commun, ainsi que par vélo. L'arrondissement avoisinant est réputé pour ses nombreux marchands et parcs.
Not many restaurants open after 10pm on a Thursday for a late night bite along Robson. The service was average as there was a slight delay to order but the beer came prompt which kept us occupied until our grilled calamari and pork cheeks arrived along with the yakisoba. Pretty good in taste overall. The yakisoba was udon based which was not what I was expecting, and not much meat or vegetable but pretty good.
This is easily my favorite restaurant in Vancouver. If you like Japanese cuisine this place is unbelievable. It has a lively ambiance with orders being called across the restaurant. The service is fantastic ... and most importantly the food is divine!
I LOVE the Tuna and Salmon Tataki ... the beef carpaccio is incredible. Tako Yaki is delicious ... honestly everything on the menu is just amazing.
Downside? If you dont make a reservation or go later in the evening the line up and wait is LONG ... so be prepared ... but it is worth the wait!
