Can't give 0 star? Too bad customer service. Got my racket strung and as suggested played after 24(actually 72) hours after strung. The string broke on first smash. I brought back the racket with broken string assuming that it would be replaced free as there was most probably some quality issue with string or it was not strung properly. But too my surprise, Tom started to make different excuses and denied to string it. Really?? It was not even a week and string broke. Is that customer service.
