They ruined my surprise for my boyfriend and were extremely rude and horrible when asked for an explanation. I bought a cake yesterday and I got it custom made for a birthday. I provided the manager with every single detail possible about the cake along with a reference. But the cake came with spelling mistakes on the word "happy". Cake tasted bad and did not look like the cake I wanted it to look. Manger was rude and asked me to bring back the whole cake for refund! Picture included for ref.

We ordered a baby...
We ordered a baby shower cake from Marini Italian Foods on Fraser Hwy in Surrey, they in turn ordered this cake from Calabria Bakery in Port Moody. They did not do what we asked & ordered from them They charged us $99.00 for a broken cake, not decorated like we asked of them. New Amsterdam Bakery redecorated this cake for us in under 2 hours, the way we wanted it! Thank you New Amsterdam Bakery for a job well done. I would highly recommend this bakery to everyone!!!!!!
