Merle Norman Day Spa Guildford Town Centre

I went to get a lash lift and tint and my eyes started getting very irritated and started watering profusely and once she finished I looked in the mirror there was no difference at all. The only thing she did was make my eyes red and I felt like I wouldn’t be able to see. Then she had the nerve to tell me that i have to pay $103 for doing absolutely nothing. After arguing she gave me 50% off when I shouldn’t have payed her anything. I would 100% NOT recommend going to Merle Norman for anything.

Awful. The woman working in the store was very rude to me. Went to get cartilage pierced and she made a phone call after I asked to get it done. She was on the phone for over 15 minutes then did not apologize for the delay. She would not speak to me and only spoke to her coworker in a different language which I found insulting. She did not seem to do any sterilization on the piercing instruments and she gave me the wrong stud.Piercing was lopsided and I had to get it re-pierced at another venue.

Merle Normans is awesome

I have had my nails and makeup done here when I am in Surrey,B.C...This is an awesome place and the staff is really friendly.I wouldn't go anywhere else when I am in Surrey.

Excellent place

I have visited this store on many occasions when I am in Surrey,B.C. I have had my nails, make up, etc. and I looked awesome. They do an excellent job and the service was fantastic.I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great job with the services they offer.

They waxed off a third of my eyebrow.

Went in the day before our engagement photos for brow waxing so that they would be neat and tidy for the pictures. I told the lady not to change the shape or make them thinner. When she was done she exclaimed "beautiful eyebrows", she then handed me the mirror and I was shocked to find one of my eyebrows had the entire third end missing. The other eyebrow was intact, but still much too skinny for my taste. Very upsetting, I would never recommend this place.
