I have been a ScotiaBank customer since before I was born, but it may be time to switch banks. It is always extremely difficult to get to anyone on the phone; if there is always "higher than average call volumes" at a certain time, then the average call volume needs to be raised and more people be hired. It doesn't really matter, because the representative wont be able to help anyways. Took me 3 days to get a 4 minute answer. Join a credit union, no need to perpetuate this behavior.
