Great selection of units and friendly service. They had a fridge in our price range and delivered it for free! Only concern: whoever cleaned our fridge was never taught how to clean properly. A quick spraydown isn't good enough. I had to do a detailed clean inside as there was a lot of mold. The drain line wasn't cleaned either. No. I have not contacted the company to resolve these issues. I am capable of maintaining the fridge myself...however, I am not 100% pleased. Check your purchase!!!!

back out of there warranty

i bought a front load washer and dryer from them, i gt a three month warranty from them and the washer is now not working, they told me to try to get it working my self by unplugging it and leaving it for a while and hope fully it will start after that. That is working but i would like them to fix it, for i have 3 small kids and i need to do laundry every day. they told me that they wont come to my house and fix it cause they do not like my husband. they told me if i want it fixed i have to bring it to them, i have a small car so how can i bring it to them. they told me that the warranty was in home fix, all parts and labour, for the first 3 months then after that parts were free but labour was charged and that they would use old parts to fix it. now they wont even come fix it and i have only had it a week.
