Leanne Drake was so informative and helpful and often took time “after work hours” to ensure the “right” products were chosen for our home. I purchased mid grade carpet and am blown away how “cat claw resistant” it is. New to Whistler with a full reno happening I needed Flooring and Tile. Michael and Michelle were great. Michelle took hours out of her day to help me with my selections, she was soooooo helpful. The installation process was quick, on time and done beautifully. Very happy with my product and service.

We were sold an inappropriate product for the stairs in our home and offered little in the area of customer service to remedy the issue. It pains me to say this as a Squamish local but I would save some money and make the trip to king of floors. Customer service was NOT worth the premium we paid.
