Great company with super friendly. They showed up on the scheduled day and finished the job in one day. Everything was cleaned up well, you would have never know they were there other than the beautiful railing they installed. Thanks for the beautiful deck. Shopping local to support small businesses. .
We hired Quality to re-do our vinyl decking and install glass railings in October. We chose the most expensive topless glass railing system which they botched. Glass not spaced correctly, numerous holes drilled into our stucco, privacy glass panels that are un-safe. They assured us in November that they would be back to do the repairs. They have never finished the job and have never returned a phone call or email since January although we have called and called. Worst experience ever.
I hired Quality Sundecks in April/May and they did a good job except they missed a small strip 6" x 84" above my garage door. I asked them to come back and finish several times for 6 mths and still not done. It is about a 30 min fix. Still not sure why. I feel like they are not very prompt on satisfying clients and completing my job to 100%. Other than that ...great guy and good job.
Not knowing much about sundeck coverings, they explained it to me at my speed, my level - I easily understood them. Their web site is the most informative I've encountered - it's not just a buy-me site, it explains everything. The young man that gave us an estimate was very professional and listened intently to our preferences, In the end, it is nice to deal with a contractor that is on time, efficient = their name says it all - quality sundecks. Sure I would use them again.
