    I have been to this store twice recently to go over features and issues regarding the use of my cell phone. In both instances I found Diana Llamas to be very knowledgeable supportive , helpful and courteous. I asked her for her business card and will refer some of my friends to this particular store.

    Very bad service.

    I have dealt with this store for a few years because it is close to my home. I also like the idea of supporting our local stores. When you KEEP on getting poor service and nickel and dimed i guess its time to change stores. :(
