Dr. Harvey has taken great care of first my parents pets, them after moving back to Canada many years ago my babies. When on a Sunday afternoon a german shephard grabbed my little maltise and shook him to within an inch of his life, Dr Harvey did not hesitate to rush down from his home up towards mountian somewhere to give emergency care to ToTo. I brought my cat to the clinic with breathing issues. I was in a panicking state. Dr. Harvey gave me a $600 estimate so I wanted to phone my mother just for her reassurance, Dr. Harvey didn't even leave the room while I was on the phone so I felt pressured and signed the estimate. Unnecessary tests were performed which came to $800. I was told I needed to get a procedure where my cat is under sedation. When I researched the procedure the animal has to go under anesthetic and the procedure is high risk and can result in the animal not breathing. I went for a second opinion at another vet and they didn't think that procedure was necessary and neither was all of the tests. When talking to Dr. Harvey his actual words were "I think your cat needs the procedure and any vet that doesn't think so is jaundice and an idiot." He belittled essentially made himself seem like a god. I would not advise anyone to go here.
