North Shore Taxi ?? picked us up at 5am. Driver would not get out of car to put luggage in trunk. Made us hand it to him thru back seat to front. SMOKER was in the car. Driver said he could not do anything about it. Showed no concern. Strong smell. Had to ride with windows down. Cold ride. Will not use North Shore Taxi again.
