Pressed For Time Dry Cleaning

Terrible customer service. Defensive, argumentative and uncaring. If I could post zero stars I would. Picked up my coat and an area I requested a small yellow coffee mark removal now had a noticeable white spot. When I pointed it out & my dissatisfaction, the rep became increasingly agitated with my complaint, finally offering a solution of putting a yellow blemish back?? No apology, no care of permanent damage done to my coat, and zero effort made to salvage an existing customer relationship.

Ruined my comforter. I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to get them to fix the situation but they wouldn’t.
