Packaging Depot

I used to go to Packaging Depot as they were very helpful and reliable; not this time! I paid for 4-day shipping that took 7 days to deliver. First time in years of using these services; new owner and staff may not be properly trained. Current manager unhelpful in resolving issues around price paid for 4-day delivery adding that they cannot guarantee deliver times and would not have said the package would be delivered in 4 days; however, this is what I was told even when I double-checked. :(

These guys are so efficient and always pleasant to deal with. All shipments have been 100% on time and I have never has a complaint from a customer. I appreciate them. They make my life so much easier. OG Academic Math Training and materials.

Have been there a # of times during our move. Personnel always helpful and great suggestions for types of boxes to buy. Great place to go for moving supplies.
