I had a very positive experience with this company, in particular Richard was very professional and had my car fixed up in a few days. I'm happy to put my accident behind me but if ever in the future I need autobody services I'd definitely come back...and ask for Richard. :)

Very poor quality repair. Will have to have it done over. Cheep flimsy after market parts used, not even close to quality prior to getting rear ended. Took it back to show the manager the issues, his response go back to ICBC I was under the impression they had a guarantee on the work they preformed, apparently they do not. Will never used them again, very poor quality work, parts and customer service. Avoid this place if you dont want a bad experience.

After only having my Audi for 6 weeks, I made the mistake of parking near a sprinkler system in the Okanagan that was fed by well water. The minerals from the water left white spots all over my black car. I took it to OpenRoad Auto Body in Richmond and Ramon and his polishing crew gave my car their ultimate polish service-returning the paint to looking new again. So thankful.
