This is generally a decent Lordco, however they need more staff. Always on HOLD for 5min or more. Go to the store always 6-10 waiting....pay people a few dollars more per hour and hire 5 more and the whole city would appreciate it. Dealerships as well.

Review from a fellow service provider. Lordco manager tends to order large quantities of food to be delivered to the store but instead of being present when the delivery person shows up and paying himself he has the front cashier pay and makes sure to tell them not to tip. Being too cheap to appreciate and acknowledge good service usually translates into providing sub par service. Will not be going there as a customer in future.
