A brief summary of our horrible experience with Elite Kitchen Bath Inc., Kelowna… Cabinets ordered and promised by the end of November (before our departure to Australia). This did not happen and even discounting the 2 months we were away, the process took 3 months. It was May 11 when the final cabinet was installed!!! Gave the best price to get the job...and then the price increased dramatically. Said what I wanted to hear and did what they wanted. Rep insisting I was wrong. Basically calling me a liar. I had to get a carpenter to repair the cabinets as the installation was so poorly finished. Not at all impressed by the product and especially the rep.
