Horrible! When my husband died I went in to close his account and retrieve our safety deposit box. They said I had to have his will, I said it is in the safety deposit box. They said that was too bad for me. I went to my lawyer who had the original, the one in the box was a certified copy. I took the original will, death certificate to them,they refused again. They treated me like a criminal. All my ID is in the box, passport,SIS etc. were in there. Four months later they still refuse to give me
