    This is the worst customer service I've ever received. They failed 3 days in a row to deliver my package on schedule. Customer service is inept. It's all outsourced to overseas. Nobody knows anything about anything and the goal of the call center is just to get you off the phone. They can't solve any problems. Do not order through UPS ever, and don't deal with companies that use UPS.

    Bank sent 2 credit cards by UPS. Got a notice saying they were out for deliveryon Thursday afternoon but they never showed.Spoke to several reps on Friday - superficially sweet but no solutions. Said they were talking to dispatch. A supervisor finally said the bank package was no longer scanned and didn't know where it was. Then said they would be closed for long weekend and expect delivery on Tuesday."Suerpvisor"hung up on me when I asked to speak to a UPS manager in BC.Horrible experience.

    Absolutely terrible. I'd rather rub my eyes with sandpaper than deal with UPS. The UPS drivers don't even attempt to deliver your package. I tracked my package online and for 4 days I was home yet at the end of each of those 4 days 'delivery attempted' 'sorry we missed you' Really? Do what you are paid to do! Phoning them is a waste of time; 'how can we help you?' means get bent. I ended up driving to the depot to get my package. UPS digs a hole just so they can lower the bar even further.

    I cant believe i even had to give UPS 1 star. They are an absolute joke. pay for expedited over night service and the package still hasnt arrived in 5 days. I could have walked there and back faster. These people and their customer care team are pieces of shit. All to happy to take your money but cannot deliver on any promises.

    I agree with everyone here. I have spent 8 days calling and being up on hold or hung up. Yes they must be operated CS out of the Philippines. I called the company Seraphine Maternity in the UK and complained about their lack of choice in shipping [UPS] and how they absolve themselves from any responsibility regarding the company THEY CHOOSE to use. But of course, we have no choice as a customer. If I get no results from UPS, will demand Seraphine to recall the package.

    Their drivers do not attempt delivery. They leave parcels at one of their drop of points and record the parcel as delivered. Their customer services make promises to follow up and do nothing. I will not bee ordering anything from Costco.ca since they say they cannot do anything about my missing order. This whole process happens regularly.

    I’ve always been happy with UPS but I had recent unsatisfactory experience, as did my sister. My parcel was delayed after being received at Delta for over a week. The daily updates were illogical. When I called, I was told I had to pick up the parcel at Delta and they close at 7 pm not open weekends. This was not in the daily emails or online. Vendor wanted signature, I had waived that in app. That evening parcel was placed in my mailbox, no signature requested. Call them asap if package late.

    Three packages in a row from two separate shippers on three separate days went missing. Each time the UPS tracking says they were delivered to our home at the correct address. We were home each time waiting and we have cameras. There were no deliveries. The delivery driver is lying. Calling UPS doesnt help. All they do is read the tracking information and say they were delivered to the correct address. LIES!

    I received an email saying first delivery would be May 22 before 6:00 pm later changed to before 9:00. Then I tracked my package and it did not arrive until May 27 at 2;00 am to Delta. Now it is May 30 and the package is sitting in Delta,no further scans, no delivery and no information. This package shipped out of Ontario May 14. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE UPS

    Received an email for a scheduled delivery on the 20th, nothing came. I was then emailed it was rescheduled for the 26th. Nothing came. Got another email saying it would arrive on the 29th. Nothing came. On all these days I BOOKED OFF WORK to be home when it arrived. What a big waste of time. On the UPS shipment progress tracker it just states that the item keeps arriving and departing from this location on multiple different dates. What is going on? How unprofessional is this company? Terrible.

    UPS is the absolute worst delivery company. Their updates are inaccurate, and packages are continually delivered late. Worst, their contents are often damaged. Average days delay is currently 20 days. UPS = Unpredictable Package Service

    We are experiencing similar delays and frustrations. We were told our packages were being held up because they originated from the US and therefore need to be decontaminated. Huh?? My complaint and poor rating is based on the lack of communication with customers and therefore reflects badly on Customer Service. Dear UPS: whatever the issues are, update us when we check tracking details so we dont waste hours on the phone on hold only to be told nothing that helps us! (Delta, BC Distribution)

    Have had them send notices of delays for oover a week now and even after waiting online to talk to someone for an hour and them promising that I will get a call as to status, nothing. Yesterday they said it will be here by the end of the day, nothing. Today, no schedule of delivery!

    I have 4 packages that are being held at the facility that were ordered weeks ago. Every single day the only update the tracking can give is that it has been delayed due to events beyond their control. Even if they needed to take an extra week or 2 to deliver the items, that would be fine, as long as they can provide a proper estimate, which they cant seem to do. I wont be ordering anything via UPS again; other delivery services have not had any issues like this. Awful experience

    My order was supposed to arrive on April 30th. I ordered something from Apple & the status said that the delivery will be done on May 1st. I checked the UPS website & tracked my package and the site said that my order is in transit from Delta. It has not arrived yet. I didn’t receive any notifications from UPS about when I am expected to receive it. Very annoyed. I understand that there is the virus going around and the deliveries may be late but the receiver needs to be notified of any changes.

    My package has been delayed since April 24. I called Customer Support today and was told the facility is in lockdown due to coronavirus ....umm what?? Does that mean there is an outbreak? She told me that after 1 day delay my package status will be updated to say out for delivery but could not answer when I asked why it has said that for the last 3 days with no delivery...and then she hung up on me! Ive received plenty of packages and only UPS has had delays...dont pay $53 to ship with UPS

    It is terrible! I fell like I am a hostage. They have few of my packages, its just laying down there, delivery delayed day after day. And there are nobody to talk to in customer centre, my phone just died while I was waiting to somebody to answer.

    April 15, 2020 : Absolutely useless ! 7 business days and counting to deliver a next day air package within Canada. We also notice extra charges on our bill that are unfounded for additional handling. Shady business practices!!!
