Generally a decent store for certain items without having to face large crowds, pharmacy can be frustrating to deal with, although staff is friendly they are quite disorganized, have lost faxed prescription forms, couldn't find prescription at all and have even claimed that my benefits have expired which forced me to pay out of pocket at the time only to confirm that everything was good. The store is ok but will be switching pharmacies

The website loads very slowly. The phone system options are out of date. Calls get put on hold for up to an hour. Calls get automatically dropped. The “on hold” music is awful and scratchy, making waiting even more annoying. There are not enough people working in the pharmacy. 4 hr waits for prescriptions are unacceptable.

I was being followed by security the whole time, although I was WITH a store worker, who was helping me find an item to replace the item I was returning/exchanging... he stared at me while I was at the till PAYING for my other items & doing the exchange as well... It was very unprofessional.

The pharmacy team is excellent . They always make sure my special prescription is in on time, and can answer any questions we have about any drugs that have been prescribed, with lots of patience. Not like some other drug stores we had tried.

Great place to shop and look around
