Canadian Tire General Store

Brutal! The battery and tire counter are a bunch of sarcastic and unhelpful people. My family and I have bought Canadian Tire Tires for over 30 years. That has ended today

Overall customer service at autoshop was horrendous.Mechanic did a wonderful job was nice and informative.The two men up front should have way better customer service skills,cut me off and were very snarky when I asked any slight question regarding my vehicle.Think these guys have been up front too long and can't manage customers and paperwork at same time.Disrespectful Id say was what my experience was.Advice to anyone.Go to Abbotsford CT.Such nice guys.Helpful and courteous.

I buy lots of goodies at Canadian Tire, usually excellent quality and variety of merchandise, as well as some great deals when on sale !

I had an issue and sent an email to head office. I was responded to in a prompt and professional manner by Head office, who referred it to the GM at the store. The GM, John, is a credit to that store and that company. He was courteous and polite. He listened to my issue, provided some explanation, and said he would address my issue with the people involved. I felt heard and respected. Also, you can bring your dogs in this store, preventing any unfortunate accidents from occuring. Awesome!
