Worst Shopping Experience of my life! AVOID THIS PLACE. I was gifted a clock for Christmas attempted to return it. The manager swiftly told me no refunds on electronics. He said it was taken out of the box no refunds. Never heard of this policy. Wife was not told about this policy when she purchased. The manager named RICARDO was horrible. He became visibly aggressive. His lips were trembling when he was speaking. I didn’t know whether to continue with our argument or just simply laugh!

Horrible!!

I went into this location to use the post office. On my way out I decided to look around the store. Upon leaving a manager followed me out and asked if I bought anything. She then asked to look through my bags and realized I didn't take anything. Afterwards she just said okay and left. No apology or anything. I called the store later to complain and got no answer so i left a message. No one called me back. I will never shop at this store again after being accused of stealing. This is also not my first bad experience at shoppers.
