Nail Queens

quoted 50 for mani and pedi. Ended paying 75.50... Lots of high pressure upselling. I was asked to sit and wait for my turn. As i was waiting in my chair my nail tech rudely pushed my chair all the way across the salon to the tech station without asking permission. I received no massage with my manicure. Felt rushed out throughout the whole service although the salon was empty.Nail polish they used was really old and gunky as you can see in the pic. Hope this review helps them improve

Good price. Good service. Gave me a free hot stone leg massage and a parrifin was treatment with my pedicure.

I went in for a manicure. The woman cut my nails so short only fake nails could cover the mess. So- the $18-manicure became a $50- job. The salon is not clean. Will never go again and will warn other people to seek services elsewhere

One of the wors...

One of the worst salons ever. The staff constantly gossip amongst eachother. The lady who was doing my nails would often stop what she was doing to talk to the other staff. She also would answer her cellphone and text people while she was working on my nails. I do not find the staff here are very attentive as they seem to multi task, yet it interferes with the quality of their work. Choose a place that the staff will give you their undivided attention

There might have been a few accidents but this nail salon has great service! From the pedicures to manicures I just feel so relaxed when I come here. So thank you Nail Queen's and the clients :)

This Is my 1st time coming here and they have fabulous pedicure spas,amazing massages. They have sanitary tools and they have excellent service. I recommend going to this place.

I been coming here for 2 years never upset in my life since they have new owner here ! Everytime I come here book appointment I end up wait for half hour then a another girl file my nails for another 30 min Then the last girl rush 20 min to get my nails done she don't speak to you only talks in her language with another girl , she does nice nail but rude at time take call or leave you there in gel machine for 15 min when only 5 min

Got my pedicure done here worst experience ever the girl cut me then she used shellac on my feet when I ask for normal polish she speak less English she try to rush me out the door to pay when I find out my bill came up to 50$ not 30 i said why I get cut and pay for gel she say gel polish she look worry someone see her so she ask me pay I upset so I paidnever come here again rude !!!!

I find this place is pricey , I ask for pediuce for my daughter is only 9 year of age she told me 30$ I say she only 9 years old she said free flower and for my five years old 20$ wow ! Is it just me or the price went up since Paul left this place...

first i got my nails done i wanted a fill she told me that my nails need takeoff casue it was so ulgy she told me she do better.. i told her no i just want to fill she say why so ugly i say i would love it but it too much money then she don't even talk to me (rude) she talk on the phone in her language , the nasty part was i saw her pull out a used buffer and file from the drawersmust be from old cusmters ewww... dont come here its dirty they are rude all they want is your money !!!!!

I recently had my nails done by another salon 3 days previous, and they fell apart and peeled away. I went to Nail Queens and not only did the owner fix my nails, he made them look incredible! He took his time and did not rush. He made sure that my nails looked exactly the way I wanted, and didn't over charge me like the previous salon I had attended. I got the seaweed gel and it doesn't chip or break off like the "shalack". It lasts me weeks. I am very picky and dislike the thick, thrown together look especially when it's my real nail... They do a very good job at making your nails look natural and beautiful. The owner is awsome, and does a great job making you feel comfortable and important. Thankyou Nail Queens you'll be the only place that I go in town.

Poor Service and Product Utilized

Poor Service and Product Utilized I recently had my nails done here and the employees were rude and were seemingly mocking me in their language. Never have I felt so uncomfortable. They promised that my nails would last for 2 weeks but it started to chip 4 days later. I would like to give this place a negative Star rating, but YellowPages does not permit it.

Absolutely fantastic

Overall experience and satisfaction was a definite 5 star; service was friendly and willing to offer the best of the best, environment was easy and relaxing, prices were affordable, and the quality was topnotch. We got the bio seaweed gel nails, and our nails are strong, smooth, and the nail polish is a long lasting protection!

I had my nails done at Nail Queens last weekend. I went there in hopes he could fix the horrible nails I had recieved from another place in Abbotsford. Im so happy I went!! Now I have beautiful solar gel nails :) Thanks Nail Queens I will be back FOR SURE!

Best nails & value for your $$$$$

I have been going to Paul, from the first day he took over, never once had an issue with the products, such strong products. I type for a living and have 3 children at home, never once had a chip, or lifting of the product. The product is so good I can extend the amount of time between fills to 1.5 months. I have never experienced any of the negative feedback provided and in fact had him put jewels on both of my ring fingers the day before I went camping, still stayed on over a month, until I had him remove them tonight. I always look forward to my conversations with Paul, a very friendly, happy man. I tell everyone, who comments on my nails, which is at least once per day to come to Abbotsford see Paul...best bang for your buck...hands down!! I would highly recommend his nail salon, to anyone.

IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS

They did a fantastic job on me and my girlfriend, took us both in straight away as walk-ins. Used the best product, really catered to what i wanted in my nails. Took extra care, making the shape perfect and never hurt me or my friend once. I am addicted, they have found a life time client. I recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Right next door to goodlife gym. ONLY $35. Ive been getting my nails done for years and have been to countless salons in the lower main land, I am extremely pleased with the results.
