Cool Climate Refrigeration

I only put a star rating because I needed one to write the review . This guy is the rudest person I have ever spoke to in any service Industry. I was referred to him and will not use him nor refer him . I called to fix my commercial fridge and he says ‘If I fix this will you pay me ?’ I replied pardon me ? ‘Of course I would pay you .. that’s how a business works .. I said I would pay you by cc or cheque he said that is not how a business works and hung up .

Mark and Mike did our walk-in cooler re-piping and fill-up. 3 months later, walk-in is not cooling. They wouldn`t even come look at it, saying it was `our equipment` which was the problem. These crybabies are basically so upset that we didnt go with them for another job, that they refused to come fix/at least inspect their shoddy work. Duh! If you had provided a nice service the first time, we would have gone w you again! TL;DR Rude, Unprofessional, Creepy, STAY AWAY.

I called to try to fix a leak at my employers store and Mark was incredibly rude and short. Very unprofessional.

Do not use these guys, very rude, slow service and clearly have no idea what they are doing. Will make you wait for weeks and cannot even fix the job properly

These guys are honestly the most knowledgeable I have worked with in the industry. They are trustworthy and always fix the problem quickly and at a fair price.

They were awesome...got work done quickly so we could get back to work...very friendly brothers

DO NOT USE THEM! Mark and Mike showed up, didn't fixed the problem at all, which was very obvious leak on the flareup nut. All they did was charged me 2 hours of traveling time and fill the gas say they will come back in two weeks if I pay this bill first, which came to a total of 480.00. The very evening the walk-in fridge is already not working again. I had to call another person to come in and look. He fixed within 1 hour and charged me with honest rate. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
