Unfortunate that this is the most convenient carrier location for me. Between the UPS Store, UPS itself and the erratic delivery this is impossible.

The owner was incredibly rude to me. This store is right by my house so I would love to use it as my main printing location for my business but I can't put up with them anymore. They are totally unwilling to help and make you feel stupid for not knowing what they're talking about. It's worth a drive to another business. I would never treat a customer like this and I don't think they should get away with it.

Terrible treatmen...

Terrible treatment of customers. Very rude and unhelpful. Can't seem to communicate if a package is in a Truck or the shop with respectful tones. Do not recommend them at all. Not sure why ups allows them to continue. Ordered products , missed the delivery and now have no idea where they are.

Owner and staff are constantly rude and make you feel like it's a major inconvenience that you are there to do business. I've been several times but won't go back and would recommend taking your printing jobs elsewhere.

Rude Owner/ Bad business

The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He lectured me on how to run a business and told me a business should never give anything away for free. If you want service, I'd suggest going to another UPS location where you'll receive better treatment. Even the driver commented on how rude the owner continuously is. Stay away!
