    We had a technician John (Tech ID 409 ) come to our new home to install some Shaw cables etc. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, quick and gave us excellent customer service. Very satisfied. Thank you

    The internet cuts in and out every 5 minutes when streaming, try to get a serviceman at their convenience, horrible company, getting worse and worse, will be switching shortly. So sad.
