I’ve printed a lot of colour copies at their location but the last two times they’ve setup colour printing for me, I’ve printed my copies, and they’ve all come out black and white, and I still had to pay them. They don’t care about your time or money. They setup the computer and tell you it’s fine but if it isn’t you have to pay for their mistake. This time they offered to redo the b&w but I know I still have to pay for everything I print and I can’t afford it. It’s was a real disappointment.
